Construction management with a focus on calculation in tenant fit-out/expansion and conversion (m/f/d)

You create calculations for out- and re-construction projects in the construction of rent-growing with a focus on the cost groups 300 and 400. You pick up, compare and evaluate forward-looking offers and cooperate in the economic and technical services. In the building management, you take responsibility for the coordination and control of our projects – from initial planning to successful completion. You monitor all structures and construction processes at the construction site and ensure that quality, dates and costs are complied with. You accompany awards, coordinate contractors and carry out acceptances of the commissioned services. You provide professional project completion, take care, create documentation and follow warranty claims.

A completed study in the field of civil engineering, architecture, utility technology, industrial engineering or comparable technical training. Multiannual professional experience in the building management, costing (KG 300 and 400) or project execution of construction projects, ideally in interior construction. Ideally, the first knowledge in the field of TGA or the willingness to work on these topics. You have knowledge of contract law (VOB/BGB) and a good commercial understanding. Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with costing software, such as RIB iTWO. Enthusiasm for high-quality development projects, a structured way of working as well as joy in team collaboration.
