You will advise ADAC members and customers in writing and by phone to the CdP in German and English. You correspond exclusively in English with foreign partner clubs, customs authorities and reinsurers. In addition, you take over the SAP accounting for the Carnet de Passages, including the booking of cash inputs and outputs, the guarantee management and the creation of monthly invoices and statistics. In addition, the team supports the analysis of existing processes to implement digitization potentials in the workflows.

You provide vocational training in the commercial sector, foreign trade, tourism or adequate training. You ideally have knowledge of import and export topics. You have experiences with SAP (booking) as well as digital processes and are versed in all Office applications. Accuracy, readiness to use, high flexibility and reliability. Your profile is rounded off by a responsible, solution-oriented and quality-oriented way of working as well as pronounced communication strength. You have very good German knowledge and good to very good English knowledge in word and writing.
