You can find more details about our company at www.hwk.com.For our specialist firm integration, Karlstr. 45a in 76133 Karlsruhe we are looking for a number of job coaches (w/m/d) 50%-100% The aim of the specialist service Operational integration is the permanent integration and demand-oriented support of people with significant disabilities in companies of the general labour market. • Preparing and accompanying people with disabilities for an external internship as well as the search and selection of appropriate firms in the general labour market • Qualification, education and needs-oriented promotion of people with disabilities taking into account their individual skills and skills • Creation and implementation of personal participation planning work together with people with disabilities • Co-operative cooperation with the management, the specialist service team and with various internal and external process participants

They have a qualification as a work educator, occupational therapist, or as a specialist in job and professional promotion or comparable qualifications, and • work structured, resource-oriented and creative • have a strong initiative, flexibility and team skills • enjoy the advice and support of people with disabilities • are powerful and resilient • Payment based on the TVöD kommunal • an annual special payment • an operating pension (communal supplementary pension) • Service wheel leasing via Jobrad • a friendly working environment • diverse possibilities for personal and professional development
