Fleet Manager - Truck Fleet (200 vehicles) | Full-time (m/f/d)

You take over the entire organization, control and operational readiness of our fleet. Your goal: A fleet of vehicles that is clean, functional and ready to use at any time – without the management listening to tyres, missing vehicles, chaotic handovers or dirty trucks on the weekend. Your tasks: Workshop coordination & appointment monitoring handling all maintenance, repairs and service operations. Vehicle transfer/return incl. check-in/check-out Control, documentation and driver instruction. Vehicle & deployment planning Optimum allocation of trucks for a smooth run. Weekend fleet management Control of cleanliness, damage, ready-to-use and vehicle availability. Organisation of vehicle exchange & replacement vehicles Also short term or weekend. shift, holiday and absence planning of the drivers Ensuring a functioning shift operation. Communication with our international drivers – ideally in several languages.

Experience in the care of trucks in the past (e.g. as a fleet manager, dispatcher, workshop manager or the like). Experience with large fleets is a massive advantage. Finded knowledge in the truck area, including technology, maintenance & driver everyday. Hands-on mentality, organizational talent and solution-oriented working. Stress resistant, reliable and ready to take responsibility even on weekends. Language skills: German + ideally several of the following languages: Bulgarian, Russian, Lithuanian, Polish, English. (No duty – but a great advantage due to many Eastern European drivers.) Clear communication and safe handling of drivers and external service providers.
