Your tasks:

• Child-oriented organization of the daily routine and the entire timetable in the group
• Responsibility for the smooth operation taking into account the supervisory obligation, in consultation with the management
• Planning, organisation and implementation of all educational offers and special activities
• Active participation in parental, support and conflict talks as well as cooperation in the development of the pedagogical conception
• Preparation of observations, documentation and reflections according to technical standards

Your profile:

• Joy in pedagogical work with children and empathy in dealing with parents
