Our modernly equipped clinic has the Departments of Internal Medicine and Surgery, with a daily clinic and an interdisciplinary intensive care unit under the organizational direction of the Anesthesia Department. Targeted guidance on professional self-employment - foreign nurses are gradually brought to the independent takeover of professional activities Active participation in the recognition and integration concept, continuous further development and optimization of existing practical structures and content, as well as support in the recognition areas Practical individual and group instructions - Implementation of professionally informed and methodically varied learning units in small groups Accompanying until the final examination - technical and educational support of foreign nurses on the way to practical examination Interdisciplinary cooperation in the team - close coordination with colleagues: women from different professional groups to ensure a holistic recognition Cooperation with the vocational school - trusting and continuous cooperation with the teachers for the interconnection of theory and practice Organisation and implementation of information events for all participating colleagues Participation in the process of onboarding and offboarding nurses

Funded nursing training - successfully completed three-year training in health care and nursing, health care and child care, nursing or nursing, supplemented by at least two years of professional experience Practical instructions with perspective - completed further training on practical instructions Strong communicative skills - pronounced social competence and a safe occurrence in the guidance and support of trainees Pedagogical fingertip feeling - joy in teaching knowledge and a good sense for individual learning needs Readiness and further development - Openness for new impulses and the motivation to continue professionally and personally
