Planning Engineer for Control and Safety Technology

LST Logistik GmbH is an innovative engineering office that specialises in the planning, testing and project management of projects in control and safety technology.

In the field of the planning of signalling systems, we accompany the projects with our team of 10 employees in the complete performance phases of HOAI, from basic determination to pre- and design planning to execution planning and awarding the services.

Our diverse range of technical services includes the planning of rail transfer systems and control systems in all existing techniques from mechanical control to modern ESTW and DSTW systems. We offer the appropriate planning of EOW plants for location areas. In addition, we specialize in measuring microsites and bringing the execution planning to the rail with our engineers and state-of-the-art measuring technology.

With our long-standing, experienced project managers, EBA-accredited reviewers and contractors, we complete the portfolio in signal technology and offer reliable and competent solutions in your projects from the beginning to the end.

Job description: As a design engineer, you develop solutions for the planning and testing of traffic systems in the field of control and safety technology. You work on exciting web projects and accompany them from design planning to execution.

Your tasks: • Various planning tasks: You work in a dedicated project team and start planning solutions from basic research to execution planning to documentation. • Project management: As a specialist*in, you will accompany projects in the control and safety technology as well as the railway transfer technology and ensure smooth implementation. • On-site surveys: You check planning bases directly on site and develop your plans based on them. • Project Responsibility: You monitor and coordinate appointments and agree with clients and subcontractors to ensure project success. • Pleasure of decision: You independently meet project-related decisions when creating the plan documents and defend them if necessary. • Rules in view: Compliance with regulations, laws and DB InfraGO AG regulations is your responsibility. • Approvals: You support clients in obtaining technical approvals and approvals.

• A (special) university degree in control and safety technology, electrical engineering, communications technology or comparable, as an alternative to an IHK industrial master. • First professional experience in the planning or assembly of control and safety technology or rail transfer protection is advantageous. • Knowledge in the German Railway Rule or the willingness to acquire it. • Fun for further education – both internally and externally. • Ideally experience with AutoCAD. • Team spirit, safe appearance and independent working. • High autonomy, readiness for travel and economic thinking. • Loadability and self-initiative complete your profile. • Class B licence.
