Together with their team, You establish work preparation as a strategically embedded, methodically guided and powerful function. Your role You lead a team of about 15 employees professionally and disciplinaryly and actively ensure the strategic and professional development of the department You are responsible for all work planning and control measures to ensure economic, time and quality production You actively shape competitive production processes and ensure cost-effectiveness, flexibility, timeliness and quality You function as an interface between development, production, disposition, control and product management You ensure that the necessary skills and resources are available at the right time, and strengthen individual employee development You realize the strategic further development towards a modern work preparation

You have a distinct leadership competence, proven by experience in managing and managing teams in production Very successfully completed studies in engineering, mechanical engineering with a focus on production technology or a comparable qualification You have several years of experience in the field of work preparation, in particular in the field of highly complex products and/or processes, ideally in the field of optics Their experiences include strategic organizational development and change management You have fun to motivate employees, steer them and develop them in a targeted manner and thus create a powerful team You combine a decision-making and enforceable working style, resilience and skillful dealing with conflicts Communication strength combined with a pronounced customer orientation as well as very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile JOBV1_EN
