You lead your team with clarity, trust and passion for technical excellence

You make sure that your team's work is structured, quality-proof and targeted

You bring technical understanding and you can accompany, evaluate and strategically develop the topics of your team

You are actively working on topics such as CapEx/OpEx reduction, yield optimization, runtime extension and risk mitigation – in close coordination with WEA manufacturers

You regularly conduct manufacturer talks, are informed about current developments and market trends and represent the interests of Alterric competently

You are the first contact person:in for management, project development and external partners:in

You are responsible for resource management, budget and target achievement as well as the continuous development of internal processes

You actively support your team in negotiations and complex technical or economic challenges – always with a view to the whole

What your team does: Technical and commercial responsibility for wind turbines (WEA) in the project phases Stage 3–5

Selection, configuration and optimization of WEA and contract negotiations with manufacturers

Claim management and coordination of acceptances until handover to operation

Close cooperation with internal project managers:inside, experts:inside and other specialist departments

A completed study in the field of engineering, environmental sciences, industrial engineering or a comparable subject

Multiannual professional and disciplinary leadership experience in a comparable position

In-depth technical understanding of wind turbines and their role in the project business – you can combine technical and economic aspects and know the relevant interfaces (e.g. Civil, Electrical, Site Assessment, Purchasing, Construction, Generation)

Impressed communication strength, decision-making skills and a real interest in developing your team professionally and personally

Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a safe handling of analysis and planning tools (e.g. Excel, Power tools; Knowledge of Python is a plus)
