Monitoring of licence requirements and contractual licensing with regard to costs and availability Optimization and consolidation of the license inventory Monitoring and monitoring of manufacturer-side audits Advisory function for internal stakeholders on licensing issues Introduction of an ITAM tool for managing contracts & licenses Cooperation with Purchasing, Service Providers and Suppliers Development and Optimization of License-related Software Lifecycle Processes Monitoring of license periods, usage rights and contractual conditions Negotiations with software manufacturers and service providers Building and further development of a SAM framework Close cooperation with IT-purchasing, IT-operating, security, finance and departments

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science (or comparable) or completed vocational training in the IT field with corresponding professional experience Experiences with ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) and ITAM tools (Flexnet Manager, USU, etc.) Ideally ITIL knowledge with appropriate certification Knowledge of current IT infrastructures of international companies flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing Safe appearance to suppliers & service providers Embossed detailed and analytical methods
