• Recruiting: You take over recruitment and selection of professionals and build a strong network of qualified candidates.
• Customer support: They maintain and expand existing customer relationships, advise on personnel topics and support our customers in selecting suitable candidates for their specific requirements.
• Market analysis: They observe current market trends and identify potential business opportunities to create new opportunities.
• Collaboration: They work closely with internal departments such as sales and project management to ensure optimal staff placement and project results.

Your qualifications

You have a degree in economic engineering, business management, human resources management or a comparable qualification

• First practical experience in Business Development or Recruiting is advantageous, for example through internships or student work
• They bring a high level of communication and enjoy interaction with people
• They work independently, structured and pursue a solution-oriented approach
• They are team-ready, strong and show a high degree of self-initiative
• They have very good knowledge of German; English knowledge is advantageous
