Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the payment of all employees Implementation and verification of the payroll including deviation analyses Ensuring compliance with internal controls and legal requirements Control and cooperation with external payroll service providers Responsibility for certification and reporting Ensuring correct pay tax and social insurance processes Contact for employees, executives, authorities and external stakeholders Financial accounting support for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Creation of reports, key figures and evaluations Optimization, standardization and documentation of payroll processes Ensuring high data quality in all accounting systems Observation of legal changes and implementation of relevant requirements

5 or more years of direct experience in payroll accounting in a company, ideally in manufacturing Very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law High numerical affinity and pronounced accuracy Safe handling of HR and Payroll systems Very good German and good English skills Very good Excel knowledge
