You plan and perform measurement tasks at coordinate measuring machines, first select measurement programs, evaluate results and tune measurement strategies with disciplines You carry out tests on products, prepare technical documents, select test features, perform initial and goods receipt checks and document quality deviations You take technical responsibility in the 3D measurement technology, trusts hardware and software, performs updates and data backups and supports knowledge transfer and training You support development teams in the quality-oriented design of components, advise on shape and position tolerances, and make constructive decisions with You audit products, assemblies and manufacturing processes, evaluate deviations, develop action plans and conduct quality discussions as well as supplier qualifications You work closely with suppliers, are a technical representative, accompany the construction of new suppliers and verify their compliance with quality requirements You solve complex quality and red flag issues, analyzes causes, manage problem solving workshops and control sustainable improvement measures You conduct and coordinate cross-company (also international) projects, take responsibility for work packages and accompany part-projects until completion

You have completed a technical training with technicians or a technical study You bring fluent German skills and advanced English skills into word and writing You are ready to work in shiftwork You control drawing reading, shape and position tolerances, ISO-GPS and the handling of DIN standards, materials and their processing You are ready to travel You bring user knowledge to the SAP modules QM, MM and SD You take responsibility and control your tasks through secure time management, prioritization and delegation You actively shape and change processes and apply professional conflict management as well as communicate safely at all hierarchical levels and convince with presentation strength You bring experience in managing projects with
