As Team Leader Logistics (m/w/x) you are responsible for the team leadership of your employees in the camp! Are you on it?

• Control and coordination: You take care of the planning of personnel resources, are a competent contact person for questions from your team and always have an eye on the important KPIs in your area

• Discipline responsibility: You take the lead, coaching and control of supervisors and other operational staff:inside

• Planning of the daily business: You tune with the other departments in terms of process sequences and initiate corrective measures if necessary

• Reporting and document maintenance: You manage your storage area in SAP and bear the responsibility for maintaining the service level. To do this, you regularly create statistics and evaluations and keep the work instructions of your area up to date.

• Participation in projects and process optimizations

• Successfully completed training as a specialist for warehouse logistics (m/w/x) or a comparable training

• Professional experience in warehouse logistics, as well as experience in personnel management and deployment planning

• Good MS Office knowledge and good ERP user knowledge (ideally SAP)

• Communication strength, enforcing ability, performance and high commitment

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing necessary, foreign language knowledge (e.g. English) of advantage
