With your team you are responsible for the development and calculation of innovative liability, accident, property and motor insurance products. You analyze and take into account the market environment, possible risks and economic aspects. You are responsible for coordinating projects on product renewals. You and your team are responsible for risk and damage analyses, as well as profit tests and accounting. You are competent contact persons for collective questions for the entire company. Internal and external communication, process optimization and quality assurance as well as the further development of your employees are the focus of your activity.

With a mathematically oriented study and an apprenticeship as an actuary (DAV), specialist knowledge of insurance mathematics and collective bargaining, you have a resilient foundation for work with your professionally highly skilled employees. You already have several years of professional experience and leadership experience in which you have been able to demonstrate strength of persuasion, communication talent and cooperative cooperation. You will focus your work day not only on professional topics, but also in particular on people in your team, in the sense of a team-oriented employee leadership.
