Property Management: Special Structures Support with Focus Hotel Sector Rental contract and contract management: ongoing administration, supplements and support in negotiations on lease, purchase and neighboring agreements Interface & Communication: Applicant for tenants:inside, specialist departments, asset management and external service providers (e.g. lawyers:inside, consultants:inside) Project and Special Tasks: Working with Special Projects (e.g. Sales, Digitization/Move to Cloud) and Creating Presentations and Data Rooms Reporting & Owner Representation: Creation of Reports for Asset Management, Monitoring of Insurance Certificates and Representation of Owner Interests

Completed commercial or legal studies Professional experience in the hotel sector or special buildings German and English knowledge in word and writing Very good knowledge in the MS Office package; SAP knowledge desirable Driving licence Class B (PKW) Secure appearance, team skills, motivation and resilience readiness to travel, especially within Germany and Paris
