BIM Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your duties As a project coordinator (m/w/d), you work in the middle of the project – not isolated on the computer, but as an important part of our offer and project teams.

Project management from start to finish: You support our project teams from the offer phase to the execution to the successful acceptance and introduce BIM over the entire project course. Implementation of BIM in infrastructure and engineering: You drive the application of BIM in exciting projects such as ports, bridges or tunnels and drive for the successful implementation of BIM requirements. Control and implement BIM processes: You adapt project-specific BIM documents, in particular the BIM execution plan (BAP), and ensure their successful practical implementation in the project everyday. Check and coordinate models: You evaluate BIM models in terms of quality and usability, coordinate specialist and submodels and support in collision-free planning. Manage data and BIM applications: You enter the Common Data Environment (CDE), support model-based quantity determination and calculation as well as the application of BIM to our construction sites. Share know-how and support project teams: You pass on your knowledge in internal training, develop professionally continuously and – depending on the project – are also on construction sites in North and East Germany Your profile Foundation training: You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification. Enthusiasm for digital methods: topics such as BIM and the digital transformation in the building industry are of interest to you – programming skills are an additional plus point. Affinity for BIM software: Ideally, you have already gained first experience with applications such as Civil 3D, Revit, Desite, Navisworks or Solibri – or bring the motivation to work quickly. Understanding construction projects: You know building and project processes from studies, internships or first professional stations and want to further develop this knowledge. Structured and self-sponsored work: You work organized, think solution-oriented and enjoy coordinating and developing processes. Team spirit and commitment: You like to work with others, take responsibility and bring openness and a high level of willingness to learn.

First practical experience with BIM or in the construction design is advantageous, but no prerequisite.
