Industrial mechanic as 5S employee (m/f/d)

Our customer is one of the largest employers in Mülheim and is one of the world's leading industrial companies in power plant construction. We are now looking for a 5 S employee (m/w/d) for the manufacturing sector with industry surcharges for IG-metal/electrical-tariff contract.

Active support in the implementation, compliance and further development of the 5S methodology in the assigned production areas Participation in production-related activities, in particular in material provision, workplace organisation and general production support Safe and responsible handling of flue-controlled cranes, hand-lift trucks and electric lift trucks within production Implementation and follow-up of measures resulting from internal and external 5S audits Continuous optimization of jobs and production areas according to the 5S principles Support in documentation, control and sustainable persecution of implemented measures Working with the identification and implementation of improvement potentials to increase order, cleanliness and efficiency in the production areas

Praktikant (m/w/d), Professional experience in a manufacturing environment Funded knowledge of 5S methodology and ideally first experiences in the lean management environment Safe handling of handlift trucks and electrical industrial trucks Valid crane license Good knowledge of German in word and writing Self-employed, structured and responsible work Impressed team skills and good communication and organization skills High level of initiative and CS orientation readiness for professional and personal training, in particular in the field of lean management and process optimization

You will receive an indefinite contract, an over-tariff salary and industry supplements according to IG Metall/Electrical Agreement. You will also receive a tariff Christmas and holiday money.
