Management (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) – SGB II

Strengthen our company in full time with work location in Herten, Regensburg or Offenberg – and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!

You develop the SGB II business area (basic security for jobseekers) strategically and operationally taking into account market and customer requirements You shape the performance and service portfolio of the business field and are responsible for the planning, control and follow-up of economic indicators and measures You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your employees and are responsible for resource and capacity planning as well as overarching resource, capacity and prioritization decisions. You report directly to the COO and advise him on relevant developments and key figures You continuously optimize processes, structures and processes within the business field You represent the business field to internal and external stakeholders You're prudently strategically relevant customer relationships and accompany their central topics and requirements You perform the escalation function in strategic and operational issues within the business field You actively shape the transformation of Prosoz into a modern SaaS company and make sure that change processes are communicated in a comprehensible and consistent way You participate in the corporate strategy and translate it into concrete goals and measures for your business field You work closely with our COO and the other business areas and help effectively implement cross-business decisions and bring controversial interests into line with solutions You keep existing products and customers in mind as well as new product generations and new customers

You have a degree in (economic) informatics, economics, BWL, public management or a comparable qualification You bring at least. 5 years of leadership experience in a comparable function with, at least as department manager You are familiar with market dynamics, competition and the regulatory environment of public administration, especially in the field of SGB II. This knowledge empowers you to derive relevant action options You also meet viable resource, portfolio and investment decisions with incomplete information situation You understand the needs of customers in the administration, know relevant decision logics, procurement processes and budgetary logics and consistently evaluate the portfolio of the business field You have knowledge of data-driven methods, decision-making and modern software development, as well as a product mintset You have a strong business/management expertise with a strategic vision for managing the business field You build a viable downstream management level, leave your real responsibility and thereby manage the performance of the business area You are translating confidently with resistance and criticism, staying resilient and acting proactively forward-oriented in a changing environment Target group-oriented communication strength, as well as abstraction and conception capabilities complete your profile So you might think...
