Your tasks

Become part of our team at Werner & Pfleiderer Industrielle Backtechnik GmbH in Tamm and support us as a commercial employee (m/w/d) in office management. In this role, you are responsible for the efficient organisation and management of our offices. Your tasks include:

• Coordination and administration of appointments as well as organizing meetings and events.
• Processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and telephone calls.
• Support in the creation and maintenance of documentation and reports.
• administration of office supplies and materials and the execution of orders.
• Support for accounting in accounting and auditing.
• Maintenance and updating of parts master data as well as production-related master and movement data in the ERP system.
• General administrative tasks to support the team.

Our requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:

• completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in office management or in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working.
• Communication and enforcement strength as well as safe occurrence in dealing with customers and colleagues.
• ability to work independently and in the team.
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing.
