Technical object management and construction supervision of our student residences Ensuring the long-term maintenance of real estate, taking account of cost-effectiveness, sustainability and operator obligations Planning, organisation and documentation of maintenance, testing and maintenance (e.g. according to technical inspection regulations, fire protection, environmental protection) Coordination and monitoring of repair and optimization measures Analysis of the technical state of the building and development of optimization and modernization proposals Development of proposals for improvement and decision making tender, award and billing of services incl.
