Project Management Technical Facility Management (m/f/d)

As an object manager*in, you will support our student residences in Darmstadt, keep technology and buildings in focus and ensure that students can rely on a safe and reliable home. A task for civil engineers and masters who like to be on site, want to keep an overview and combine their work with meaning.

Technical object management and construction supervision of our student residences Ensuring the long-term maintenance of real estate, taking account of cost-effectiveness, sustainability and operator obligations Planning, organisation and documentation of maintenance, testing and maintenance (e.g. according to technical inspection regulations, fire protection, environmental protection) Coordination and monitoring of repair and optimization measures Analysis of the technical state of the building and development of optimization and modernization proposals Development of proposals for improvement and decision making tender, award and billing of services incl. Construction monitoring, warranties and deficiencies assignment, control, monitoring and acceptance of external service providers and specialist companies Participation in budget and management plans and in technical reporting In short, you make sure that our buildings run reliably and our students feel at home.

Complete studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification, e.g. as a master*in a technical work with experience in building operations Good knowledge of relevant laws, standards, contract law and regulations (including VOB, VgV, HOAI, BGB) Experience in technical facility management Safe handling of MS Office, driving class B Very good knowledge of German in word and writing A structured, independent and team-oriented way of working lust for further development and economic and predictive thinking
