Product Architect SeaFox (m/f/d)

As Product Architect (m/w/d) SeaFox, you will take the following tasks: Professional leadership of engineering teams over the entire product lifecycle of the respective base products to ensure the performance and viability of market-oriented base products. Analysis of customer and stakeholder requirements and customer missions to derive both operational concepts (OpsCon) and all requirements of internal and external stakeholders to the system. Design of specifications and technical concepts. Ensuring continuous optimization of performance and regular testing of customer/project-specific technical adaptation requirements for a meaningful implementation in sea mine identification and control. Ensuring the technical usability of the product in the customer projects. Planning, production and adaptation of the product according to product management process. Technical support for product development and, if necessary, adjustment of the present implementation (design) for product optimization and increase usability.

Higher education in the field of engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science or information technology. Professional experience as a technical manager in projects with maritime application or in the field of system design / development. Requirements Engineering (ideally INCOSE-certified). Model Based Systems Engineering. Good knowledge of the required applications (DOORS, Office and ideally MagicDraw). Experience in leading product teams. Comprehensive product or system knowledge, ideally knowledge of the operational use of the systems. Very good English skills. Embossed customer and service orientation. High team, communication and conflict resolution capability. International and intercultural experiences. High level of self-sufficiency, self-initiative and responsibility. It is necessary to be prepared for occasional national and international missions.
