Electrical Technician / Electrical Team Leader in Customer Service / Assistant Electrical Operations Manager (m/f/d)

You advise customers and employees of the customer service by phone and you are planning solutions. In addition, you coordinate your team for all the maintenance and repairs that occur, attach yourself by hand and monitor the work on quality and quantity. You are responsible for all customer requests for electrical problems in the customer service. In close cooperation with the Operations Manager (Electrics), you are continuously working on optimized workflows in the electrical engineering sector.

You have a degree as a specialist technician/master of electrical engineering or a similar training, supplemented by several years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering/electronics. First management experience in the technical environment and in customer service, as well as sound knowledge in standards and regulations (e.g. DIN, Workplace Directives, VOB). You are communicative and enjoy dealing with customers. Working with common computer systems and applications, you move safely and structured. You are convinced by self-responsibility, organizational talent and a secure occurrence towards customers, internal and external contact persons
