In this position you are responsible for the internal logistics processes from goods receipt to dispatch. The focus is on the continuous improvement of operational processes with regard to efficient material flow in the plant. All logistics key figures are monitored and the material planning is closely linked to ensure a high delivery reliability. Total responsibility for logistics at the site including all sub-areas such as receipt of goods, commissioning, shipping, warehouses and internal transport Discipline and professional management of all employees in this area Close coordination and exchange of information with internal and external stakeholders (logistics planning, value flows, production, purchasing, quality assurance, sales and customers) Ensuring punctual commissioning and delivery of all internal and external customers Implementation, monitoring and management of operational measures to improve KPIs Evaluation and implementation of sustainable process improvements Responsibility for compliance with all legal and operational requirements Ensuring and controlling the proper inventory of permanent inventory Ensuring compliance with the Air Safety Act in the Work Planning and implementation of strategic projects in logistics

Complete Bachelor Program with Focus on Logistics or Similar, Alternative Master Logistics (m/w/d) 5+ years of professional experience in logistics with personnel responsibility, ideally in a production company Knowledge of Lean techniques and methods, such as continuous process optimization according to Kaizen Experience in project management Very good SAP knowledge (module MM/WM) and MS office skills (especially Excel) German and English language skills in word and writing Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented operation with high customer and process focus High level of team capacity and strong communication and enforcement capability
