Full management and internationalization of the Frozen segment, with focus on the existing regular business incl. Responsibility Implementation of growth opportunities in the Frozen range and derivation of appropriate measures with the help of new technologies or external partners Classification of production-related requirements and risks and joint assessment with internal disciplines Ensure a clear positioning and strong performance of products in trade Active integration into the processes regarding new product development Preparing precise decision templates for area management Early detection and addressing risks

Completed degree (secondary level) Understanding market and trade logic and strong implementation competence Ideally experience in technology- or production-related FMCG areas High intrinsic motivation (no 9‐to‐5-minset) Analytical strength and ability to translate complex relationships into clear decisions Very good English knowledge of international cooperation Readiness to learn, empathy and strong interface and team skills
