You advise on basic labour law issues as well as operational HR processes and at the same time accompany the process management before the labour courts. In addition, you support compliance investigations and develop sound recommendations for labour law measures. In the case of contract patterns, templates or business agreements, you will be able to obtain, revise and quality assurance and write comments for the management of the sector. In cooperation with co-determination bodies, you coordinate and design and negotiate operating arrangements at the company level. In addition, you will analyze changes in law and case law, take measures and train executives as well as HR employees on labour law topics.

(m/d) with first and second legal state exams At least two years of professional experience, ideally in a personnel department, a legal department with a focus on labour law or a law firm with a right to work Comprehensive expertise in labour law and adjacent legal areas Practice in cooperation with co-determination bodies and support of corporate projects The ability to process and explain legal matters in a system- and solution-oriented manner under complex legal frameworks Communication-proof personality with self-responsibility, a professional advice approach as well as negotiation skills and persuasiveness High interest in shaping a state-of-the-art personnel work
