Self-coordination and supervision of the construction of demanding swimming pool and wellness projects, primarily in Germany and partly in neighbouring countries Direct coordination with the builders, their representatives and other structures involved in the construction Coordination of building schedules with the building and the participants in the building, as well as ensuring compliance with the agreed building-side milestones Verification of the relevant services of pre-structures and implementation of quality assurance measures at our construction sites Special leadership of the assembly team at the Meerbusch site in cooperation with the construction management team Creation of assembly installation planning of our technicians Date and cost control of current projects assigned to you Participation in subcontracting Participation in project meetings and construction site meetings as well as contact person (m/w/x) for our customers during construction Implementation of (partial) Initiation and participation in the implementation of CS actions

You have a degree as a civil engineer or Construction technicians or masters (m/w/x) in construction; ideally, you have experience in the construction line in interior construction or in the field of TGA or HLS They have a pragmatic approach and a high degree of flexibility and interface competence They are aware of the importance of the written documentation of votes taken and also bring this into effect routined Knowledge of construction and execution planning and contracting are required A very good communication capability (internal and external) completes your team skills Your self-employed, committed and structured work and your ability to enforce you English skills would be advantageous, but are not absolutely necessary Good computer skills complete your profile
