The ILB - the Investment Bank of the Land of Brandenburg - is the central funding institution for the region of Brandenburg. Design the housing promotion in Brandenburg with us!

An important component of our work is the Landeswohnungenbaufonds (LWV) - a special asset of the state of Brandenburg with a volume of about 2 billion. Euro that we manage as a trustee. This ensures the expansion and modernisation of housing in the country. Your tasks: You monitor and tax the Landesfonds managed by ILB - especially the LWV. You address the budgetary concerns of the funds and have central key figures in mind. In close cooperation with the Department of Housing, you ensure that the LWV is used efficiently. You are the first contact person for our clients and are responsible for reliable communication. You prepare data for internal and external stakeholders on time and quality assurance. When setting up new programs, you can use - including technical tests and plausibility checks.

Full time The position in parttime is generally possible.

Professional experience in asset management or funding management or in the financial/ accounting system of a credit institution Completed banking training, ideally with qualifications (e.g. banker*in) or studies in a relevant area Basic knowledge of budgetary and grant rights (required) Number affinity and the ability to understand complex facts Safe handling of common software (especially MS Office) Flowing German knowledge
