You lead maintenance and renewal projects into existing buildings as well as new buildings and ensure their smooth implementation – so you contribute decisively to the functioning, energy efficiency and sustainability of the technical infrastructure. As part of your projects, you will be responsible, among other things, for the renewal of the MSR technology to control the indoor climate in administrative buildings, for the conversion of the software of building control technology, for the conversion to energy-efficient LED lighting and for the modernization of sub-distributions, making an important contribution to sustainable and resource-efficient building operation. In addition, you create performance directories, create external services and control their use to ensure efficient project execution. With a clear view to quality, economics and sustainability, you take control of the services provided, including acceptances and invoice recognitions, and thus ensure permanently reliable building technology.

You have a completed study of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification – alternatively a successfully completed master training – and bring experience in the management of demanding projects in the field of MSR and building control technology. In handling SAP as well as modern control and automation systems, you act securely and use your knowledge in project practice. With your independent and structured operation, you can also keep an overview of complex tasks. In addition, you are characterized by enforcing and a high sense of responsibility, with which you successfully complete projects.
