For our organizational development & digital transformation department, we are looking for a full or part-time (min. 25 hours/week) for the Nord region ( Brunsbüttel, Brokdorf, Krümmel/Geesthacht or Gorleben) at the next possible time

Structuring the needs of executives and employees with regard to organisational development and strategic personnel development and competence maintenance in the intermediate camps of the Nord region Provide the offers and services of the field on site, such as the introduction of modern working methods (“New Work”), accompanying change management processes, organizing training measures, and introducing appropriate tools and methods to promote the exchange of expertise Advising specialist supervisors in relation to suitable training and training opportunities for employees on site Advising personnel development processes, executive development programs and diversity offers

Successfully completed studies of economics, psychology, organizational development, social sciences or a comparable area Professional experience in organisational development, digital transformation, knowledge management and/or strategic personnel development Experience in advising executives and employees as well as moderation and process control skills readiness for regular missions, especially in the northern or northwestern part of Germany Safe handling of digital tools and collaboration platforms High self-initiative and high sense of responsibility
