Expert or expert for agriculture (m/f/d)

Creation and testing of agricultural reports and opinions on the determination of compensation in the fields of agriculture, horticulture, forestry and hunting, in particular in the context of industrial cleaning and planning. Technical advice and supervision of industrial cleaning procedures according to § 87 FlurbG, including introduction, demarcation of the process area, replacement land procurement and assessment of effects and compensation. Participation in plan determination procedures through technical evaluation of complex facts (e.g. risk of existence) for accelerating, securing and defending plan determination decisions. Processing of basic questions in the agricultural right of compensation, including technical assistance in the case of compensation negotiations and decision on appropriate compensation levels. Support and qualification of internal bodies, e.g. by providing specialist information, work materials and training on compensation law, industrial cleaning and agricultural topics. Participation in national specialised bodies and working groups as well as participation in the development of processes, guidelines and procedural instructions in close coordination with the department management.

Completioned scientific (technical)university studies in agricultural/forest sciences or administrative/economic sciences or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience.

That would be desirable: Agricultural practical experience, e.g. through completed vocational training in the agricultural sector or through relevant internships; Knowledge of the assessment of agricultural land and holdings is advantageous. Funded agrarian and legal understanding, in particular in the areas of expropriation, compensation, industrial cleaning, nature protection, hunting and EU agricultural law, combined with the willingness to continuously expand this knowledge within the framework of basic acquisition measures pursuant to § 4 FStrG. Safe operation and digital affinity, routined handling of MS-Office applications and openness to work into new computer systems. High communication and operational readiness, very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1), driving licence class B as well as readiness for regular external services
