Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Eschborn To strengthen our team we are looking for you as a service engineer:in for exciting and versatile projects in and around the Frankfurt am Main area. You undertake the independent implementation of service, maintenance and repair work on MSR and building automation systems at the customer's premises. Analyze and troubleshoot disturbances at automation stations, control cabinets as well as management and operating units and ensure reliable plant operation. You parameterize and optimize standardized software applications in the service context and perform functional checks on existing systems. The technical coordination with internal and external contact persons, including after-contractors, as well as the participation in service and project meetings are part of your task. You support customers in technical questions, advise on options for optimization and expansion and help coordinate external services. You document service assignments completely and replenishable, prepare service reports before and accompany acceptances according to service or retrofit measures.

Training: completed technical training, e.g. as an electronic technician: in equipment and systems, electronic technicians: in automation technology or a comparable electrotechnical qualification; a further education on the state-tested technician:in, master:in or a technical study is of advantage. Experience & know-how: Multiannual experience in the service environment of MSR and building automation systems. knowledge of fault analysis, maintenance and handling standardized software applications. Experience with HVAC system technology, functional processes and technical documentation. Working & Personality: Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods as well as the ability to explain technical facts in a comprehensible manner. Safe appearance in direct customer contact and joy in team collaboration. Languages: Very good German knowledge in word and writing. Other: Class B licence and project-related travel readiness.
