For exciting and varied new and remodeling projects all over Germany, we are looking for you at the next possible time for the qualification as a track builder:in (w/m/d) for DB Bahnbau Group GmbH on changing construction sites (assembly). You will be introduced into the different tasks of a track builder during work and visit various Training courses in which you learn further theoretical and practical knowledge of track construction. As a track builder:in you make sure that the infrastructure of the DB is modernized and maintained. You always work in a team. For this varied activity, we are looking for you as a specialist:in civil engineering / mechanic:in / Maurer:in for the qualification as a track builder:in (w/m/d) for the DB Bahnbau Group GmbH at the Hamburg site for supraregional use.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the maintenance and renewal of our rail network
• maintenance, conversion and maintenance work on our track systems (e.g. replacement of rails, switches, Thresholds, track bed) and your team
• Damage to the tracks can be eliminated with your colleague
• You work on changing construction sites, outdoors and mostly at night
• At the same time, you're going through our internal qualification program, visiting training courses regularly and constantly learning

Your profile:

• You have a successfully completed training as a specialist:in civil engineering / steel construction / concrete construction, as a mason:in, Metal producers:in or in a comparable profession
• Alternatively, you bring relevant professional experience in the construction industry and have at least one main school degree
• Night, weekend and holiday work are not a problem for you and you like to work outdoors
• Physically demanding works are fun and you are a real team player
• You like to learn and find yourself in a new working environment quickly, in addition, you will bring the necessary motivation and willingness to learn with
• A valid class B licence completes its profile
