Your tasks:

• You carry out control operations, entertainment and repair work, including small repairs at our headquarters and our branches' buildings
• You carry out visual checks on the public areas, report missing or inadequate cleaning services of our external cleaning service provider and cleanse spontaneous pollution
• You carry out the sweeping service in all weather conditions in our headquarters
• You set waste and data tons to pick up at the dates mentioned and control paper waste on data protection waste
• You help with internal moves (e.g. moving/moving goods like tables, chairs and cabinets)
• You support object management in coordinating foreign companies and service companies from Facility Management
• You're driving service cars to maintenance and cleaning dates

Your profile:

• You have professional experience as a homemaster (m/w/d) or a comparable position in facility management
• (m/w/d), electrician (m/w/d) or installer (m/w/d) is desirable
• You have a class B licence
• You have good knowledge of MS Office programs
• You bring technical interest, physical resilience and temporal flexibility with
• You have expertise and social skills and willingness to use
• You are characterized by a high service orientation, are collaborative, team- and conflictable
• You bring a strong hand-on mentality
