Bid Systems Engineer / Bid Technical Manager (TPM) (w/m/d) The department develops radar products as well as sensor system solutions. The product portfolio includes the Naval and Ground products TRS-4D, TRML-4D, COBRA, NNbS and EUA-NT. In addition, we support the program in managing the projects, in creating offers and in customer discussions.

Implementation of the compliance test of the technical parts of the tender (e.g. Statement of Work, delivery, technical requirements) Coordination within the participating system departments, specialist experts and chief engineers to ensure the necessary support Definition of the offered technical solution (technical scope, scope of delivery, solution architecture incl. block diagram and specifications) Creation of the technical offer (description of the HENSOLDT solution, performance and delivery, technical assumptions/exclusions, request matrix) Compilation of technical contributions for the supply calculation (work packages with cost estimation, technical risk buffers, assumptions and exclusions) Technical support of the Bid team during phase reviews as well as customer appointments

Complete studies in the field of systems engineering, electrical engineering, IT, aerospace or in a comparable course Multiannual professional experience in this environment, ideally also experience in the field of system security (>4–5 years) Security release: VS-NfD Citizenship preferably NATO, EU or German Teamability, enforcement capability, loadability and safe occurrence German language skills and excellent English skills
