You work closely with our HR speakers and learn about the wide range of personal topics, i.e. from onboarding, the support of our employees, to offboarding. In addition, you are actively involved in day-to-day business, e.g. by creating contract supplements, editing parental-time applications, issue notices and search activities You take part processes of personal themes, e.g. anniversary processes or residence and work permits You also support us in various projects such as the introduction of a new IT system, the optimization of our HR processes or the creation of presentations As part of our HR team, you will also participate in meetings and workshops and get comprehensive insights into the HR work of a technology and management consultancy

You study (company) economics or social sciences, (economic)psychology or a comparable course of study Ideally, you already have first practical experience in Human Resources You are familiar with the current MS Office programs, especially Power Point and Excel You can support us between 16 and 20 hours a week and work at least 2x a week at the office Good German knowledge (from C1 level) and English skills complete your profile
