Advising and supporting companies in the occupation of vacancies and leadership positions Acquisition of new customers and further development of our network in the region Trustful and competent care of our existing customers Implementation of holistic recruiting processes - from the creation of the request profile, the search for personnel and selection to the successful occupation Active address of candidates for positions to be occupied using different networks and channels Head of the branch – Responsibility for the strategic and operational management, employee management and employee motivation of the internal team Reporting to management

Closed commercial vocational training e.g. (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Professional experience in personnel consulting / personnel placement desirable Ideally first leadership experience (lower management / team management) Empathy, communication strength and persuasiveness – in dialogue with candidates and decision-makers alike Hands-on mentality, high sense of responsibility and strength of decision Sales strength, ambition and real performance orientation Positive team player you can rely on in any situation
