In our field of customer relationship management, we advise customers from different industries to introduce complex CRM systems. The value chain extends from strategic CRM consulting and process optimization to the architecture and implementation of the systems. In this project environment, you support our customers in designing, implementing and evaluating their digital marketing campaigns with the help of solutions from the Adobe Experience Cloud.

Your mission

• You design, build and implement Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) in close coordination with our technical teams
• You identify data sources and data records that need to be integrated to build a central customer profile
• You analyze customer data and design of personalization use cases via different marketing channels based on defined target groups and segments
• You support customers in implementing GDPR regulations and comprehensive data governance as part of personalization in marketing use cases
• You conduct professional discussions and with our customers from different industries around customer data management, 360° customer views and personalized experiences

Your Skillset .

• Complete study of media informatics/economic informatics/digital media or comparable training
• Multiannual experience in request management and development of solutions in the fields of data-driven marketing and journey orchestration (Fokus Adobe Experience Platform)
• Experience in the design, monitoring and analysis of Digital Analytics projects with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or comparable tools
• Experience in the design, monitoring and analysis of Audience Management or Customer Data Platform Projects with Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium CDP or comparable tools
• Good understanding of topics such as data protection, GDPR and Consent Management
• German and English knowledge, as well as mobility for customer projects
