Purpose and objective

• Cooperation with the team management to ensure effective communication and processing of customer requests
• Support in the development and implementation of measures to increase customer satisfaction
• Guide price negotiations with suppliers and customers to achieve competitive conditions
• Creation and adaptation of offers based on negotiation results
• Coordination and monitoring of consignment calls in cooperation with internal and external partners
• Ensuring compliance with timetables and quality standards
• Updating and maintaining the customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Completed training as a merchant/buyer for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or merchant/buyer in wholesale and foreign trade
• Safe handling of MS-Office applications, also with other CRM tools
• Very good communicative skills in German and English (word and font)
