Operation of 3D coordinate measuring devices Scanning & tactile component measurements incl. Programming/programme changes (Mitutoyo MCOSMOS) Creation of measurement and test reports Determination (visual & dimensional) of aviation components Preparation and execution of non-destructive testing (intrusion testing / PT) on aeronautical components including documentation Execution of test activities in the NDT process => fluorescent colour penetration test Inspection and compliance with applicable rules, testing procedures, test instructions, standards and specifications Interpretation and evaluation with regard to acceptance and rejection, provided that the component of the test instruction Self-employed work design and documentation and logging of results Operation and testing of technical equipment Detection of necessary additional investigations Aviation certification of our repair of repaired components (after approval)

What you should bring: Successfully completed training as a state-tested technician(in), measuring technician(in) or a successfully completed vocational training in a metalworking profession with specialist training German in Word & Font => Language level C is a prerequisite Certificates of Experience Self-employed and quality-oriented work English knowledge Advantage: Professional experience in dealing with coordinate measurement technology (e.g. company Mitutoyo) Good knowledge of MS-Office Knowledge of Quality Management Aviation knowledge according to EASA/FAA Intrusion test with training according to EN 4179/NAS 410 This completes your profile: Knowledge of operating data acquisition software Teamability and enforcement
