Your mission — what awaits you As a payroll holder (m/w/d), you are responsible for the entire payroll bill of a fixed client group. You are a contact person for tax and social insurance issues – both for our clients and for tax advisors and authorities. Your work ensures that all processes in wage accounting run smoothly and meet the current legal requirements.

Monthly wage billing: read-in of LINA data, care in DATEV wage & salary, control of change logs Income and depreciation, changes in employment conditions (e.g. pension insurance, enrollment) Processing of documents such as loans, bAV, papers etc. in the document archive Implementation of sample accounting and control of processing protocols Providing bills and SEPA files via LINA Monthly results and evaluations about DATEV / LINA Maintenance of communication with health insurance companies (e.g. certificates, correspondence) Compilation of statistics, merit and work certificates, declarations of third parties Creation of annual BGN notifications Creation of the annual severely disabled person levy Support for pension insurance and pay tax audits: Provision of data, corrections, communication with testers clarification of differences in financial accounting, together with specialist staff Special tasks: Introducing new employees:inside, participation in newsletters or internal projects

Completed commercial training (e.g. as a tax specialist:r, account holder:in etc.) Multiannual experience in wage accounting Very good knowledge of DATEV salary & salary Safe in social security and pay tax law Digital competence, ideally experience with LINA or comparable tools Structured, independent and reliable operation High-communication, service-oriented, solution-oriented Good knowledge of German in word and writing
