As a dedicated and competent specialist in plant accounting (w/m/d), you are mainly entrusted with the assessment of properties within plant accounting. In addition, check value determinations. You will also work with the development of processes, develop documentation and support the annual financial statements. This includes the following tasks: Implementation of reviews of properties: You process and review assessment-relevant processes of a complex nature in accordance with the internal assessment concepts and taking into account specificities. In addition, check the valuations according to commercial aspects and work in the further development of the evaluation process taking into account the peculiarities of individual departments. In addition, you contribute to training content on the subject of assessment-relevant issues and develop documentation. You will also develop general rules and instructions for action on the procedure. Review of valuations according to commercial aspects Implementation of complex assessments as part of the final work on the annual accounts: You consider the assessment of the revolving capacity of the properties according to the low value principle. You assess the need for out-plan depreciation and calculate it. Documentation: You create accounting records according to HGB and advance internal documentation and instructions. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace occasional missions, including throughout the federal territory, are incurred. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have completed university studies (Diplom [FH] / Bachelor) of Economics or a comparable qualification. Competences: You bring expertise in accounting. You have professional experience and knowledge in the field of plant accounting. You are generally familiar with inventory procedures and you are prepared to work in the implementation of property inventory at short notice. You have good knowledge of the principles of proper accounting and the application of the HGB and the accounting rules. You are safe in handling the Microsoft Office package (especially very good Microsoft Excel knowledge). You are already bringing SAP knowledge, otherwise we will be happy to help you to acquire them in the short term. Good knowledge of the property assessment (immobility valuation regulation) would be advantageous. A high affinity for real estate and public administration is a plus.
