Commercial Project Controller Construction for Major State Project (m/f/d)

In this exciting role, you will ensure compliance with defined cost and budget targets through a structured building cost control across all project phases. You examine the appropriate use of funds in planning and construction phases and accompany payment processes under commercial considerations. In addition, you are responsible for the monthly target-actual project controlling and actively manage topics such as cost planning, budgeting and medium outflow. To do this, you will create sound evaluations, analyses and planning calculations and prepare them for internal and external reporting bodies in accordance with the address. Last but not least, you are involved in the further development of controlling processes and interface structures between the participating organizational units.

For this exciting role you have a successfully completed study of business management, economic engineering or a comparable qualification with a pronounced commercial focus. You ideally bring together several years of professional experience in controlling construction projects or in a comparable project-related environment and know common methods of cost planning and control. In addition, you have well-founded knowledge of budget planning and budget management. You are characterized by a structured, analytical and self-responsive way of working as well as pronounced team and communication skills. For this, you have secure knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel) as well as a high affinity for IT-supported controlling and reporting solutions.
