Number: MER0003UZD Connect your studies with demanding practice and design the software future of e-mobility at Mercedes-Benz. Our Cross-Domain e-Drive Development team is responsible for the intelligent software used in the next generation of our electric vehicles. As a working student*in you are an integral and long-term part of our team. You gradually take responsibility and work on key topics at the interface of software development, AI and data analysis. Your tasks continue to develop with your skills, so that you continuously learn new things and make a real contribution. These challenges include: Support in the development of AI-based solutions (Agentic Use Cases with LLMs) to optimize our internal tools and analysis processes Working on the further development of our toolchain for data analysis and the creation of meaningful dashboards Support for over-the-air (OTA) software updates on our prototype vehicles Participation in securing cloud-based e-drive functions by performing and documentation of test cases Integration of e-drive software components into the complex E/E environment and ensuring compatibility Creating presentations on the documentation and presentation of your work results

The activity can begin from March 2026.

You are an immatricated student*in in a relevant field such as computer science, data science, software technology, electrical or vehicle technology You have knowledge of programming with Python The topics Artificial Intelligence, LLMs and Data-driven Development fascinate you You like to work on new technical issues and actively contribute your ideas You are a team player with safe German (Level C1) and English skills Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate, giving the semester and proof of the regular study period.
