Type of job: Full time, permanent job Working hours: 40 hours Location: Leipzig Main tasks and responsibilities:

• independent processing of strongly IT-supported traffic damage regulations in extrajudicial and judicial procedures

• Implementation of proceedings

• Processing of offences and criminal offences related to traffic

• Compilation of fonts and participation in court appointments

• Implementation of negotiations with insurance companies

• Examination and enforcement of damages and pain claims

• Support and advice of clients both by phone and personal

• Professional leadership and support of team members; Perspective: Employee management of 3-4 accident damagesacharbeiter after the period of incorporation

• Full lawyer, assistant or lawyer

• Careful and structured working with attention to detail

• Secure handling of MS Office and legal specialist programs (e.g. RA-Micro)

• Communication strength and a friendly appearance

• Own initiative and team skills, reliability and care
