You act as HSE contact partners for the projects and coordinate with both the construction site team on site and with the project team and the management To create HSE reports, make sure that predictive and reactive parameters are recorded and reported Support of the project team in preparing, introducing and improving the building site-specific HSE system Participation, review and support in the preparation of safety documents (e.g. risk assessment / workflow description and work permit) cooperation with other stakeholders; Establishment and maintenance of intensive contacts with the contractor's HSE representatives and subcontractors You participate in the coordination of activities at the construction site to ensure that the activities are planned and implemented in accordance with the specified HSE requirements. You are an active member of the HSE team and live the HSE processes of Hitachi Energy You inform the construction site team on site about compliance with site-specific environmental protection measures (e.g. waste management, protection of flora and fauna, use of hazardous substances) and verify compliance with these

English and German (flowing in word and writing) Comprehensive experience as an HSE coordinator in the project business of similar size/complexity or other comparable proven activity Qualification as a specialist in occupational safety after ASiG Qualification for the Safety and Health Coordinator according to RAB Experience in the field of electrical safety, including high voltage distribution Behavior-based work protection is a central value for you Through your open communication you are able to motivate others positively as well as to solve critical situations and conflicts
