CNC Machinist / CNC Turner (m/f/d)

As a CNC lathe, you take responsibility for our turning range and are an important point of contact for production. You independently adjust our modern CNC lathes and equip them. You're working parts in the small series. You monitor the ongoing production process and work with the team to ensure a reliable and efficient production process. You carry out the self-examination of your factory and always have a look at the quality of your manufactured parts. You recognize potential for improvement in manufacturing and introduce your ideas. You help solve technical challenges and minor disruptions and find pragmatic solutions together with your colleagues. You work closely with quality assurance. You take care of the maintenance, care and cleanliness of your machines. You pay attention to order and cleanliness at your workplace.

You have several years of experience as a CNC lathe and feel at home at CNC lathes. You have experience in the independent setup and retrieval of CNC lathes (e.g. Miyano BNE, Miyano ABX and Citizen). You are familiar with the current controls (e.g. Fanuc, Heidenhain, HAAS or comparable). You can read, understand and customize programs if needed. You can safely read technical drawings and have a good understanding of dimensions, tolerances and production processes. You are familiar with tools and measuring instruments and have a high standard for the quality of your work. You bring technical understanding, craftsmanship and pleasure in precise work. You like to work independently and take responsibility for your task. You like to work in alternating layer (spring and late layer). You enjoy sharing your knowledge and finding good solutions together with others. Good knowledge of German in word and writing.
