They are the central contact point for all project-related topics relating to the maintenance of plants and equipment during the construction and production phase of the ships. With your organizational skills, you actively promote modelling and continuous improvement of processes. They coordinate the interfaces both internally and with suppliers, construction sites and customers. In close cooperation with IT, you continuously develop the cross-project maintenance database. Their project-related tasks include the control of the maintenance and maintenance measures of plants and equipment until the final delivery of the ship to the customer. They always keep an overview of the planning stage and coordinate upcoming maintenance work. As a contact person for maintenance activities, you are available both internally and externally for project-specific questions. The coordination of maintenance projects with the equipment and the documentation of the maintenance protocols are also part of your task. They take over the filling and continuous maintenance of project-related maintenance databases. In addition, you support the creation of project-specific documents such as project process instructions, forms and templates.

Completed studies in business management, economic engineering, shipbuilding, shipbuilding or similar engineering training with relevant professional experience Analytical, structured and conscientious procedure Communication strength and enforcement in German and English Embossed technical understanding and timely and solution-oriented approach Desirable first experience in a comparable position, ideally in shipbuilding, in maritime industry and/or with contracting authorities Experiences in handling service providers and suppliers are advantageous Joy in working with databases Flowing German and English skills readiness to travel nationally (approx. 10%)
