Together for excellence. “Customer and competition analysis at Mercedes-Benz. How are you going?” Our department describes customer profiles and examines the requirements of future customer groups worldwide. In addition, we analyze the vehicles of the competitors compared to the Mercedes-Benz passenger car portfolio. The information recipients are, among other things, the product strategy, marketing, product management and research and development departments. We are the key players in the company for all questions about customers and competition. “Ahhh...but what are my tasks? Cook and copy coffee?” Don't worry, we don't have to cook and copy coffee. Your tasks are: Analysis and management-oriented processing of market and customer data from different regions

Participation in the assessment of competition vehicles and their strategies

Preparation of presentations, documents and lectures on the topic ''Competition Analysis''

Internet and literature research and data management of the intranet-based competition database

Working with the organisation of events and the management of the Competition Car Park

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Perfect knowledge of German and secure English in word and fontSafe handling of MS Office (specific PowerPoint and Excel)

Commitment, team skills, independent work, safe appearance, fast conception and social/intercultural competence (We are these criteria as well as interesting activities outside the university/FH significantly more important than the grade average!)
