Manager SAP Deployment & Architecture (m/f/d)

In this role, you will lead and develop a specialized SAP team that takes on central tasks in SAP transformations, rollouts, test management, data migration, cutover as well as architectural and technology issues. The focus is on the successful implementation of complex SAP projects and on developing the team professionally and organizationally in a phase of high change – in particular in the context of S/4, BTP and new topics such as automation and AI. What you expect Discipline leadership and further development of a specialized SAP Deployment & Architecture team at Schopfloch and Bietigheim locations Development of the team to a central unit for SAP Transformation and technical project management Responsibility for central topics in SAP projects, in particular test management, cutover management, data migration and rollout coordination Active role in large SAP transformation and rollout projects with a view to overall relationships and dependencies Establishing and establishing clear standards and procedures for deployment, testing, migration and cutover topics Designing the SAP target architecture in close coordination with Enterprise Architecture, SAP base, development, integration and other IT functions introduction and evaluation of new SAP topics such as BTP, automation and AI and their implementation in concrete applications in the team Translation of architectural master planks into feasible project and rollout plans Control of external service providers and partners as well as ensuring a clear transfer to operation Close cooperation with departments, IT consultants, Tech Services, project management and governance functions

What you bring Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the SAP environment, ideally in S/4HANA transformations, rollouts, migrations or complex SAP projects Experience in leadership, professional control or further development of teams or teams Expert groups Good understanding of SAP system landscapes, interfaces, release planning and technical dependencies in transformation projects Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: Test Management, Data Migration, Cutover Management, Rollout Management or Project Management Experience in cooperation with architectural, basic, development, integration and expertise teams Interest in modern SAP technologies such as SAP BTP, clean core principles, automation and AI in the SAP context Ability to structure complex technical and organizational relationships and to translate them into feasible plans Impressed communication and coordination capability and sovereign stakeholder management Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
